Important storage advice: Please leave the still slightly moist Flor de Sal in the aroma bag and press the air out of the inner bag after each removal - this prevents clumping.
Flor de Sal (translated the “flower of salt“) is created when the interaction between sun, wind and humidity is optimal. The gold of the sea can be harvested as soon as a fine crust has formed on the surface of the water. It is then sensitively removed by hand. Flor de Sal has long been known among chefs and gourmets and adds the finishing touch to all dishes.
