Grand Noir is an incomparable fraternization of selected organic pepper varieties such as hot Small Long Pepper, Tellicherry Pepper, Kubeben Pepper and black Rasavat Pepper. Each individual variety contributes with its special, characteristic aroma elements to a complex flavor composition. A touch of allspice, also called clove pepper or Jamaica pepper, adds a warm, mysterious flair.
As a finish, the pepper mixture gives dishes such as steak the special kick. But fits perfectly with vegetables or in a tomato-cucumber salad.
Also suitable for the mill.
