The peel of the intense Combava lime creates with the Andaliman pepper, a lemony tasting relative of the Szechuan pepper, a fine and at the same time complex lime aroma. You will notice a slight tingle on the tongue because of the Andaliman pepper.
Important storage note: Since the lime salt has been mixed with the still slightly moist Flor de Sal, this should be left in the aroma bag. After each removal, please press the air out of the inner bag - this prevents clumping.
