What is special about the rose hot paprika?
Although botanically the paprika fruit is a berry, in culinary terms it is always referred to as a pod. The Spicebar paprika plants thrive in their own fields in the southeastern Spanish province of Murcia. In the organic-certified cultivation, attention is paid to careful soil cultivation, irrigation close to the plants and selective harvesting of the ripe, red fruits. To produce the rose-hot powder, the seed kernels and green stems are removed so that only the dried pulp enters the powder mill for grinding. A guarantee for an intense, highly aromatic taste experience.
Therose hot bell pepper owes its intense, full-bodied flavor to essential oils and 6% fructose in the pulp, as well as the pungent active ingredient capsaicin, which is present in small quantities, is stored in the so-called placenta of the pulp and is retained for a very long time even after drying and grinding.
