This porcini sea salt consists only of excellent ingredients: in addition to salt, from aromatic porcini powder and wild thyme and pepper from the Malabar coast. You can also taste this, because even small quantities develop a very intense aroma. The porcini sea salt goes fantastically well with risotto, potato, pasta and mushroom dishes.
Important storage advice: Please leave the salt in the aroma bag and press the air out of the inner bag after each removal - this prevents clumping.
