Paprika is very popular as a spice in powder form. The Spicebar organic paprika grows in Spain, is harvested ripe by hand, then air-dried and gently finely ground. Only the red pulp is processed into paprika powder, the seeds and the stalk are elaborately selected.

The Spicebar paprika growing area is located in the province of Murcia in southeastern Spain. There, the perennial plants thrive excellently on the sandy, slightly acidic soils of the region. Through a sophisticated soil irrigation system, the plants always get the ideal amount of water they need to grow and thrive and to form flowers and fruit.
